ABC Wed. = Homesick

Since I didn't have any pictures to post today, this week for ABC Wed. I'm going to recommend an animal book called, "Dear Mrs. LaRue: Letters From Obedience School" by Mark Teague. Somehow I missed last weeks letter "G". But, moving on to the letter "H". My word for ABC Wed. and the letter "H" is "Homesick" This dog finds out just want it means to want to go "home". LOL. This is so cute and funny.

If you have children or grandchildren this is a wonderful children's story about a dog who gets sent to obedience school and keeps writing home to his master about everything that is going wrong. He whines about the food, the service, just about everything and wants to go home. This is such a wonderful book and the best children's book I've read in along time. I love the illustrations, along with the story line and it's funny. A great book! Check it out at your local library or you can find it at bookstores. And, no I don't have anything invested in this book, nor do I know the author. I just think this is a wonderful must have book.
